The central summer camp for members of the Student Parliament in Ramallah has ended
Within the annual activities of the Young Citizen Project, 55 students from different regions in the West Bank participated in the central summer camp was organized for members of the Student Parliament for 3 days in Ramallah.
The camp was organized in cooperation with 12 local partners from youth centers, institutions, municipalities and youth groups. The camp also included various meetings and activities on the topics of national identity, community initiatives, the role of the student parliament, and the development of various skills, including self-discovery, communication, and team work. The camp comes in the third year of the project and aims to develop work with students and provide an exchange space between the participating regions.
Mrs. Amal Tarazi, General Secretary of the YWCA of Palestine, thanked the team and participants for their efforts and pointed out to her continuous support for the proposed activities. She also welcomed the participating young women and men and emphasized the importance of their effective role in society.
